Increasing awareness of the cost of sickness
Wellness is one of the hottest topics in people management, increasing awareness of the cost of sickness and stress-related absence - greater focus on the contribution of fitness and well being to productivity. Research suggests employees in poor health cut productivity by 20 percent.
It's time to do something about it!
• Create good group dynamics
• Increase productivity
• Improve staff morale
• Lower absenteeism
• Reduce stress in the workplace
• Create a positive staff attitude?
Our Wellness Week and professional team can make a difference, giving something back to your staff.
The week pays dividends to the company, with increased awareness of eating, positive thinking and lifestyle tips.
Wellness Week:
Monday: Welcome packs are distributed and staff can sign up for seminars and consultations.
Tuesday: Marcus Nolan (psychologist) presents a seminar covering stress management; poor communication; growth and challenge. Individual consultations offered in the afternoon.
Wednesday: Leigh McKay (aesthetician) offers onsite acupressure massage therapy. 10 – 15 minute treatments alleviated pressure points in the back, neck and scalp whilst leaning into and ergonomic chair.
