10 week course for all women from Windsor and Maidenhead starting:

Twyford artist Zeljana Schonauer is running a series of art & personal development workshops for women from Maidenhead and Windsor. The course is designed to make the participants aware of their inner potential and enable them to realize that positive self image is crucial for personal success. Zeljana will be guiding the group towards using art to build not just positive self image but art pieces which will be exhibited locally. Range of topic will be covered such as positive thinking patterns, anger and stress management, confidence building, communication and assertiveness. Zeljana will be sharing strategies which will help people to live more balanced and optimistic lifestyles.
As well as exhibiting her own work in Germany, Oxford, Cambridge and locally; Zeljana was recently actively involved in running a creative personal development course with , personal development trainer from Maidenhead. The course was for people working in voluntary sector and Slough social entrepreneurs. Zeljana also run a confidence building course for people working in creative sector in Slough.
This course for women is funded by Slough Aurat Enterprise which is funded by the European Social Fund and Berkshire Learning Skills Council which is free for the participants and it will be running over the period of several weeks at Windsor Arts Centre. This is the final one (7th) in the series of courses run in Windsor, Twyford, Maidenhead and Royal Academy in Sandhurst.
