Supporting Women in Business in Berkshire
Women in Business The ‘Women in Business’ space on Business in Berkshire was launched by Mary Fraser last year to help businesswomen in and around Berkshire spread the word about themselves, promote their work, and advertise any appropriate events. Mary’s HR business is currently going through some very positive changes which means she feels the need to hand over the reins of ‘Women in Business’ to a worthy successor… Let’s meet Christine Clacey.

Christine is passionate about helping businesses recognise and encourage the potential of their people - and she has a real talent for helping women achieve their potential in the workplace. Christine is an executive of Talent4Business, an organisation dedicated to helping organisations to attract and retain talented staff and to leverage those talents for rapid growth. In a previous role, she worked within the IT industry helping women achieve success within the traditionally male-dominated environment. In a previous role, she worked within the IT industry helping women achieve success within the traditionally male-dominated environment.

Christine explains “Talent4Business Ltd has been in existence for about 4 years now, and our focus is very much on working with companies suffering from high staff turnover. Often it’s because the talents of individuals are not being developed or recognised. Our job is to help organisations accelerate their business growth by identifying and playing to their strengths. That means engaging the talents of their people and focussing their teams behind a strong sense of direction.”

Excited at the prospect of managing the Women in Business space, Christine adds “I’m keen to encourage even more women to realise their potential in the world of business and believe Business in Berkshire is a great channel to help achieve this”.

TALENT4BUSINESS Ltd works with an associate network of professional and business development experts that are all recognised as leaders in their chosen fields. Spanning such diverse capabilities as business consultancy, personality profiling, stress management, coaching, mentoring and project management training TALENT4BUSINESS Ltd exists to help organisations improve their business performance through harnessing their employee potential.
