Corporate Social Responsibility schemes - where businesses give something back to the community in the form of funding, volunteering and help - flourished in the Wokingham Borough throughout 2008, with projects spanning from sprucing up the offices of a charity that helps bereaved children to a national donation pilot scheme being launched in a local supermarket.
