Biofach 2008
Another year has passed and Biofach Nuremburg has come around again.
Biofach is known to be the place "where people meet".
Whether you are sourcing for a unique wine, cosmetic range, looking for the latest vegan foods or even the recyleable stationary range than Biofach is a place to visit.
With over 7 huge halls, it is well worth packing comfortable shoes, and at least 2 days to view the whole exhibition.
Biofach is all geared to organic wine and in combination with Vivaness, the Trade Fair for Natural Personal Care and Wellness, is expected to attract some 2,600 exhibitors and 45,000 trade visitors from 21-24 February.
BioFach 2007 had already registered peak participation with around 300 wine exhibitors from 13 countries. An expected 10% growth this year.
The world’s biggest organic wine exhibition takes place for the first time in the day-lit hall 4A and promises something special to tickle the palate.
This year I will be supporting a Japanese Company called Oigen who manufactures cast iron pans which are made from recycled and new cast iron. The uniqueness of these pans are the natural non stick coating which is produced when the pans are fired to 900degrees celsius and bubbles are formed on the surface of the pan.
