Gordon is a Chartered Accountant and gained an MBA from Cranfield University. He has significant general management experience having been a finance director of small and medium-sized, rapidly developing commercial businesses. Latterly he was director of finance of a top-30 UK charity. His track record includes establishing new teams, start-ups, creating new financial procedures, controls, management information systems, business turnarounds and the flotation of a company on the Stock Exchange. Research shows that most owners/managers of small and medium sized businesses are concerned that they lack the skills, experience and time to be effective in various key aspects of management, as well as the contacts and resources required to maintain and grow their businesses.
