We get to know our client so that we can ensure we deliver the best possible event. We listen to client requirements, work closely at each stage, offer suitable suggestions and provide a fresh approach.
We can handle the whole event, managing every aspect of it, or if preferred, we are happy to work with clients’ in-house teams, supporting them by managing specific elements of the event, for example, finding the venue and booking the catering, or sending out the invitations. We have links with graphic designers, PR and promotional companies, but will be guided by our client if they wish to use their own contacts.
We can undertake all or any of the following:
Research for suitable venues
Book venues and appropriate catering
Liaise with PR agencies, relevant industrial publications and national press to ensure maximum publicity for the event
Undertake the research and compilation of invitation lists
Source, book and liaise with speakers
Work with graphic designers to create invitations, programmes and other printed material required for the event
Seek and secure sponsorship
Set up mailing lists for invitees
Manage bookings
Source, secure and administer exhibitors, ensuring their requirements are met
Arrange materials for use at the event
Deal with direct finance for the event, for example, co-ordinating payment for venue and catering
Co-ordinate and deliver any audio-visual requirements and produce slides
Provide front of house services
Production of feedback materials and subsequent feedback report
