Supply and installation of glass blocks
As specialists in the glazing industry, we have realised the need for a company to carry out the installation of glass blocks and the manufacture of the supporting metalwork framing under the same contract, where required. As a design and build company with a great deal of professional experience in both areas, the result is an efficient, smooth operation throughout the contract.
As the approved supplier and installer of Saint Gobain Glass we can supply and install Solaris glass blocks which are available in many patterns, sizes and colours. All blocks are manufactured from two hollow moulded glass sections which are then sealed together to give a hermetically sealed glass block.
Glass blocks can be installed to achieve a fire rating with standard glass blocks achieving 60 minutes integrity and insulation of 15 minutes. A greater insulation can be achieved by using Solaris BSH glass Blocks.
Walls can be constructed straight or curved to any shape and to any radius.
Glass Blocks can provide excellent security, sound proofing, and thermal insulation, as well as ease of maintenance.
In addition, we also carry out the supply and installation of Curtain-Walling, Patent Glazing, Entrance and Window Systems, Roof-lights and Canopies.
