The company was established in 1997. It now has several hundred clients and answers hundreds of thousands of calls each year.
Verbatim has made a substantial investment in software systems which mirror the client’s organisation. These systems support our team of receptionists.

Comic Relief Success for Verbatim

Telephone answering service Verbatim raised almost £400 for Comic Relief on Red Nose Day, 16th March. As Verbatim answer thousands of calls every month from clients throughout the UK they decided an appropriate way to donate to the charity would be to give 5p for every call taken on the day.
