Charity Success for Success Network

On Friday 26 September, the independent women’s networking group ‘Success Network’ was invited by HSBC Bank, to hold their High Wycombe meeting in their town centre branch. The date coincided with the World’s Largest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, and an enthusiastic group of business women was able to raise £150 for the cancer charity at the same time as network, getting to know each other better whilst also discussing how to run their business effectively in a tough economic climate.

Independent Thames Valley based women’s group ‘Success Network’ celebrated its 2nd birthday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Marlow recently. An enthusiastic group of business women marked this special occasion with a birthday cake provided by Sarah Dafoe from ‘Sarah’s Sponges’ in Reading.

Networking group helps women realise potential

Informal evening hailed as 'very useful' (Maidenhead Advertiser, October 28, 2005). Two Maidenhead-based business women, Ute Wieczorek-King and Mary Fraser, have set up a new group especially focused on Women in Business. The group met for the first time on Wednesday October 19th.
