 The Enterprise Experience is a placement-based scheme giving SMEs a flexible and low-risk opportunity to tap in to a pool of student talent and develop projects or simply benefit from an extra-pair of hands.
Key features of the scheme are:

There is no limit to the number of opportunities you can offer
Placements can be arranged all year round
Open to businesses of any size
The time committed by the student is completely flexible and negotiable
Aside from enhancing employability, the Enterprise Experience enables students to gain first-hand experience of the realities of SME operations. It may inspire them to go on a develop their business ideas further and may generate the confidence they need to start their own businesses.

We would like to encourage local companies of any size to get involved in our exciting opportunities as they will be mutually beneficial to you and our students. Your participation will enable our students to gain firsthand business experience, thus dramatically increasing their employability. On some occasions, talented students have even been offered permanent positions by their host companies!
