Our Oxford Central Premier Club is relatively new, having only launched in June 2007, but its already proving to be a popular club, and we had members signed up before it even launched!

The club meets in the Old Bank Hotel, a beautifully converted building which previously housed a bank, but is now a luxury Hotel, right in the centre of Oxford. Located on the High St, the Old Bank was the first hotel to be created in the centre of Oxford for 135 years.

The Old Bank Hotel has the HUGE advantage of a free car park at the rear of the Hotel for guests, so members and guests are advised to take advantage of this.

Valerie is an independent consultant working with groups and individuals on developing their performance at work through skills and personal development. She facilitates learning by a mixture of skills teaching and enabling people to raise self awareness and emotional intelligence. She is a licensed trainer for the Superworking course for managers in achieving more in less time without stress and the Springboard Women’s Development Programme. Valerie is also a provider of Myers Briggs Personality Profiling, and is currently extending her professional training with courses in Transactional Analysis and Stress Management. She has a particular interest in women’s development.
