This company will be demonstrating the benefits of an energy saving system for commercial/industrial kitchen extraction. It regulates the extract & supply fan speeds automatically using heat, smoke and steam sensors. Demand for full/high speed of the fans is only called for at full cooking load, normally only about 5% of the day. While demand is low the fans can be turned to low speed, so saving energy. The really clever bit is in the data logging of information which can be remotely accessed by GPRS and the return on investment is 18 to 24 months. |
