Thames Hospicecare - THc Sunrise Walk

Get together with friends, familiy and colleagues and come and join us, whilst the rest of Berkshire slumbers, for the THc Sunrise Walk.

Join our first 13 mile or 6.5 marathon distance walks for Thames Hospicecare and help raise much needed funds for your local Hospice.

Join woman of all ages and fitness levels, starting in Old Windsor and walking into Windsor Great Park, the home of the original 1904 London Marathon, as the sun rises over the town.

The THc Sunrise Walk is not a race and walkers are not allowed to run or jog.

Every entrant will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag plus medal in celebration of their success.

Patients are not charged for the care they receive at Thames Hospicecare, and the government funds only one quarter of our costs. That means we rely on donations from local people to raise 75p out of every £1 we spend. Your sponsorship really does matter:

£15 would pay for 1 hour of specialist Hospice nursing care.

£60 would pay for 1 hour of THc Hospice at Home Nursing

£150 would pay for 1 session at the Day Support Unit - Ascot

£570 would pay for an In-Patient bed for 1 night - Windsor
