About Us
Established in 2008, the SME Training network is headed up by Christine Clacey.
Christine is passionate about helping businesses recognise and develop the potential in their people. Christine is an executive of Talent4Business, an organisation dedicated to helping organisations to attract and retain talented staff and to leverage those talents for rapid growth. Her expertise has been gained through working with both large and small businesses, helping them to accelerate their growth by developing their people.
Christine explains “My passion is talent. It's about seeing people develop to their full potential, and make their businesses amazing as a result. Talent4Business Ltd has been in existence for about 5 years now, and our focus is very much on working with companies suffering from high staff turnover. Often it’s because the talents of individuals are not being developed or recognised. Our job is to help organisations accelerate their business growth by identifying and playing to their strengths. That means engaging the talents of their people and focussing their teams behind a strong sense of direction.”
