How We Work - Simple Business Plans
The first step is to discuss how your sales & marketing strategies are currently being implemented. It’s important to highlight the good points as well as your areas of concern and their impact on your business. We then work with you to understand your view of what "good" would look like at the end of the project.

To test the stakeholders response to your strategy plans we often develop tailored surveys for your customers, employees and partners to complete. We call these RET surveys as they test out the key factors of Relationship, Expertise and Trust. We use RET surveys to make specific recommendations to modify your plans and/or work on changing the views of your customers, employees and partners. The'll also show you how your results compare to our database of previous surveys so that you can see what "normal practice" looks like.

Our goal is to help you grow your profit and we also review the major customer touch points such as Customer Service to identify areas that need attention or that you can capitalise on. This will improve customer retention and may identify key ways to grow profits. Finally we help you implement agreed short term actions and update yopur Sales & Marketing plans. To ensure smooth implementation we'll also help with internal communications and train staff to whatever level of detail you require. Everything is tailored to your specific need.

As part of the service we'll contact you after three months to help you review progress against your initial view of what "good" would look like. We do not charge for this progress review.

In spite of what we read in the papers not all businesses are suffering from a major downturn. Some are fortunate because of the specific industry segment they are in but others are just quietly doing well, irrespective of how badly many are doing in their industry segment. Very little of this is down to pure luck. It’s usually due to understanding what their customers want and implementing successful marketing plans to give it to them.     more
