As an £800m corporate we had detailed sales & marketing plans but when we shared information with staff about objectives and strategies we tended to use our own sets of Powerpoint slides which changed all the time. We were not consistent. Malcolm helped get the key information from our heads, from our slides and from our customers into a simple sales & marketing plan. He then helped us to easily communicate it to our staff and helped them to tie their plans and actions to our corporate plans.
