Q1. Do you just do surveys?
A1. We work with an extensive box of tools, not just surveys, and we only use the most appropriate tools for each client. Our expertise is knowing which tools to use, how to apply them and most importantly how to interpret our findings and convert them into a clear plan of action. We supply copies of the tools used to each client at the end of their project so that they can use them for themselves.

Q2. What other services do you provide?
A2. The core of our business is helping you grow your profit by better understanding the needs of customers, employees and partners, your key stakeholders. In addition to creating and implementing sales and marketing plans we help many clients create and implement SimplePlans versions of their overall business plans. We often run workshops, build communications plans, train staff and advise on processes too. Whatever is needed to grow your profits.

Q3. Do you share your results and findings?
A3. SimplePlans has always shared what we have learnt (within the constraints of client confidentiality). We have had many articles published and regularly present our findings and recommendations at seminars.

Q4. Why don’t you have examples of completed SimplePlans on this web site?
A4. We have found that it’s much better to show and discuss specific example plans rather than generic examples that might not meet clients specific needs.

Q5. Do you only work for big companies?
A5. Our approach fits most companies and our clients revenues range from £1m to £1bn. SimplePlans do not target start-ups or businesses with fewer than 5 people.

Q6. How much does it cost?
A6. We operate on a simple fixed price basis which is agreed at the beginning of the project.
