Silent Partners are looking to set up a trial Business Visioning Group consisting of a mix of business types and sizes. There is no cost and will take up no more than 2 hours once a month.
The ideal group will consist of 4 to 5 businesses of the following size:
1 sole trader
1 business with less than 5 employees
2 businesses with 5 – 20 employees
1 business with 20+ employees
No two businesses will be providing the same service and it is not a service selling event. The attendee must be the owner, major shareholder or Managing Director of the business.
What is Business Visioning
"A journey with no destination has no end"
A business, who's owner has a clear understanding of their 'Primary Goal' (their destination) is far more likely to be successful than one that hasn't.
But defining the 'Primary Goal' can be surprisingly difficult. It is not always as obvious as you think and sometimes needs the objective view and questioning of others to become clear.
The Business Visioning Group provides this environment and the results of these sessions provide a clarity of purpose that can be life changing.
The sessions are structured around very simple, down-to-earth principles and no preparation is required.
