Work with like minded business people to develop strong business strategies for your business. Silent Partners are looking to set up a trial Business Strategy Group consisting of a mix of business types and sizes. There is no cost and will take up no more than 2 hours once a month. The ideal group will consist of 4 to 5 businesses of the following size: 1 sole trader 1 business with less than 5 employees 2 businesses with 5 – 20 employees 1 business with 20+ employees No two businesses will be providing the same service and it is not a service selling event. The attendee must be the owner, major shareholder or Managing Director of the business. What is Business Strategy If you're on a car journey without a destination you are not on a journey at all. You are just driving about in a car! So what on earth has that got to do with Business Strategy? Well… Your business is your chosen vehicle for reaching a destination (Primary Goal). A destination that will ultimately be determined by your personal and family goals. It is the opinion of many a successful business person that if your business does not have a clear destination then you are not actually on a business journey at all. You are really just filling your day doing business stuff and will probably not achieve your potential. Strategies and plans can change throughout the life of a business or the owners time in the business. Some work and some don't. The trick is to quickly identify a wrong strategy and change it. In fact the only strategy you must get right first time is your Exit Strategy. You only get one chance at this. Mess it up and that's it!! The Business Strategy Group provides an environment to discuss and develop your strategies with like minded people and benefit from the experiences and ideas of others. The results of these sessions provide a clarity of purpose that can be life changing. The sessions are structured around very simple, down-to-earth principles and no preparation is required.
