UK firm looks to rebrand customer product
A UK based software company has announced that it is to team up with a marketing specialist in order to rebrand a customer relationship product.
The firm TeamKnowledge has stated that it wishes to explore the global market and will launch a new product designed to be implemented in call centres and with websites.
In order to make other firms aware of the product, TKDialogs, the company says that it has taken on the help of Quadriga Consulting from Northern Ireland.
The company states that it has rebuilt its marketing campaign including product literature, graphic design on branding and demonstrating products.
Furthermore, the firm believes it will be able to extend its offerings into the Microsoft partner network.
Joe Cassidy from TeamKnowledge stated that the drive would hopefully be beneficial in delivering the product and raising awareness.
"The net result is that we now have a set of really strong marketing messages that clearly convey the real business advantages of our product to our target audience," he commented.
TeamKnowledge says that it is a market leader in delivering good-quality customer relationship management solutions.
