Rentokil becomes international superbrand
Berkshire servicing firm Rentokil Initial is celebrating after being announced on the list of Business Superbrands for 2007.
The latter independently monitors businesses and assesses the impact a brand has within its relevant market.
Superbrands' chairman Stephen Cheliotis said that the two separate brands (Rentokil and Initial) had come together to impact significantly on the international market.
"The strength of the brand is testament to the hard work done not only by the marketing teams but by the endeavours of all the staff, particularly those in customer facing roles," he commented.
He added that the brands had longevity because they were consistently achieving results and appeared trustworthy and reliable.
The company claims it is at the forefront of technological innovation and at present employs 70,000 people in 40 countries worldwide.
