How to Lead a Winning Sales Team
‘Many can manage but few can lead’ goes the saying. If you’re keen to learn the techniques and skills required for successful leadership then this full day course on Wednesday 4th April could be for you.
Most people in business now accept and appreciate that coaching and mentoring our sales people achieves greater results than trying to manage them. This one day programme shows that there are a number of main objectives in this process, including knowing how to create a positive environment of responsibility, accountability and leadership. It is also important to understand how to create strong co-operative relationships that will draw out the potential of your people and accelerate their growth. Understanding your role as a coach and/or mentor is also a crucial part of the mix.
In this course you will learn:
• How to encourage an attitude of accountability
• How to create an environment of trust
• How to identify what motivates and drives your people
• How to remove barriers and limitations to the coaching process
• How to communicate in a way that positively relates to an individual’s personality traits
The course takes place on Wednesday 4 April 2007 from 9.00am - 4.30pm. Run by the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, the cost to members is £338.00 + £59.15 vat or £451.00 + £78.93 vat for non-members. The course is being run at the Thames Valley Chamber Training Centre, 467 Malton Ave, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4QU.
