All of our motivational talks and seminars are run by our Founder, Fiona Challis.

Fiona is a firm believer in that if you take control of your life you can achieve anything in your wildest dreams. She believes that we all have the answers to unlocking our own true potential within us and to find them you just need to take control. Taking control means taking responsibility for anything that has happened to you in the past, letting go of it and releasing your fears. Taking responsibility for designing your future goals and life plan and taking positive action everyday to achieve it.
Fiona has been studying self development and motivational techniques since as far back as she remembers. She is a professionally trained corporate and personal coach, has an INLPTA Accredited Diploma in NLP (currently studying her Masters) and is a licensed trainer for the Coaching academy, Europe’s largest coach training organisation. On top of her professional qualifications Fiona established her own successful business at the age of 18 and has 10 years + Sales leadership experience. At the age of 24 Fiona was the youngest European sales director for Mcafee International, leading teams of 120 sales people and responsible for targets of $60 000 000 +.
On a personal note, Fiona was raised in a small town in Northern Ireland and is one of seven children. She loves travelling, cooking, reading, raising finds for charity through running marathons (currently in training for the London Marathon) and spending quality time with her son. Although having experienced difficult times in her life, her father becoming an alcoholic and she has come through a divorce and now raises her son alone she has balanced her lifestyle as a working mother and businesswoman. She has succeeded through all adversity with knowledge and humour to share.
Fiona’s own incurable optimism, faith and belief developed her positive attitude which became the key to her success. She is a leading authority on attitude and her work and life experiences are testimony to her specialist field.
