We all hire sales people as that have personal attributes such as a strong character, attitude and a determination to succeed however when you place a sales person amongst a team with similar characteristics establishing team values are a must.
Beliefs on the other hand are individual and different to each team member. Some we hope team member have very positive and strong beliefs about their success however in reality many may have negative beliefs that could limit the success of the team. This workshop teaches managers how to establish true team values and beliefs and how to turn negative or limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs.
