Rotary wheels keep turning
The Rotary Club of Windsor St. George team of 13 riders took part in the London to Windsor Bike Ride on Sunday 29 August 2004. The team raised £1500 for Cancer Research UK by completing the 37 mile charity ride.

Some Facts
The team had 13 riders in total and raised in excess of £1500 for Cancer Research UK.

The oldest (and arguably the fittest!) member of the team was Rtn. Tom Farrell aged 72.

Our newest Rotarian member, Judith Diment, and her husband, Tony Diment also took part in the 440km London to Paris Bike Ride from Thursday 2 September.

Twins Stephen and Alan Hulley cycled from Hemel Hempstead to the start at Richmond and from the finish at Windsor back to Hemel Hempstead "because it was for a good cause". They estimate that is a round trip of about 80 miles.
