It is offer for sale by tender through The Rotary Club of Windsor and Eton (Registered as a charity No: 1001549) Form of Tender: Sealed bid tender with offers invited in excess of £9,500 Tender: The highest bid received over £9,500 will be deemed the successful bid. Draw situation: In the event of two or more identical highest bids each highest bidder will be contacted and asked if they wish to increase their bid or withdraw. The ultimate highest bid will win. Notification: The successful bidder will be advised by telephone fax or email. Payment Terms: Payment in full must be made within 5 days of the successful bidder being notified. Exclusions: The cost of First Registration, Number Plates, Road Tax and Manufacturers’ Delivery charge are NOT included in the bid price offered.
