Tim McCue, from Panacea Workflow Systems, an enterprise management software solutions company based in Egham, explains how he found working with RKRM on a recent project:
“We needed a telemarketing firm to help us find a partner company in a complementary market space. It was a specific, detailed criteria that we gave them.
Having met with a few companies face to face, Dean from RKRM really impressed us with his professionalism and the quick turnaround of the proposal.
From an original 950 companies the team trawled through data, fully researched companies and used a comprehensive telephone based profiling exercise in order to narrow it down to 45, then managed to secure us six actual appointments. RKRM found us exactly the type of companies we were looking for using its telemarketing team.
Although we didn’t actually partner with any, it did clarify our business aims. As a result of the meetings we also obtained feedback from much bigger companies who supplied us with useful contacts and now we are fully-fledged partners ourselves, which is even better than we’d hoped for!
