The call centre focus is on outbound B2B activity and is based primarily around business generation activities such appointment setting, lead generation, event and seminar support and Channel Support programs. All call centre projects are delivered using unique, bespoke electronic call delivery and data capture systems giving clients project visibility and up to date progress and analytical information even whilst the campaign is in progress. Dedicated teams are built from ground up within the call centre for all clients and client interaction with these teams is both encouraged and welcomed. Additionally we also provide managed telemarketing teams on client site where the geography and nature of the project / program are appropriate for this to happen.
Call centre projects are primarily UK focused but we do have the capability to deliver pan-European and even global projects for our clients.
The data division - Cressex Data handles the management of data lists owned by the Group but also has full broking capability and experience to find the right lists for any marketing project. This division in addition has responsibility for the email and fax broadcast services we offer. Whether regular communication with your clients or looking to put sales and marketing messages into a new audience, Cressex Data can help with a platform allowing full reporting and feedback on a regular basis.
The group is supported by a mailing and fulfilment house - Parallel Impact - of around 4000 sq feet allowing our clients to integrate into their programs Direct Mail, Fulfilment and distribution or to use these facilities as a stand-alone resource.
