NEET - Not in Education, Employment or Training
Ride the Wave provides a tailored framework for working with NEETs. A framework that is fun, engaging and challenging.

Objectives:
  1. Provide a stimulating and exciting environment for NEETs to engage in an enterprise activity to ultimately encourage them into fulltime education or employment.
  2. Deliver the relevant Qualification eg Wider Key Skill Working With Others Level 1 [see below]
  3. Raise the employability skills and aspirations of young people.
  4. Engage local employers in the activity who ultimately could go on to mentor these young people or offer work placement/shadowing opportunities.
