Avery Europe appoint R&A to deliver Leadership Programme
RME Europe, a regional business division of Avery Dennision, a global leader in pressure sensitive labels, tags, ticketing and branding systems and office products have selected Berkshire based Leadership consultancy R&A to design and deliver their Leadership Development Programme, helping their leaders inspire high performance and drive tangible business improvements. The programme is taking place in Amsterdam and will involve the most talented managers of this European division.
"We have been providing focused solutions for Avery in the UK for the last 12 months and we're very excited to be able to begin working with the managers from the wider European business" says Mark West of R&A.
The programme consists of 2 modules - the first will concentrate on influential, effective communication and the second has been designed to enrich each leader's ability to lead and inspire others to continously improve on what they do every day - to get more results from less.
Reflecting on what it takes to be an effective leader, Mark added, "High performance in the minimum standard in today's tumultuous, ever changing business environment. Great managers recognise this and their whole way of thinking is geared towards understanding how they can motivate and inspire their teams to continually raise the bar."
