Pursuit NHA International If you are looking for off site facilities to hold anything from a small meeting to a fully serviced conference or event, Pursuit NHA’s new Conference Suite at Waltham Court could meet your needs.

The fully air conditioned conference suite includes a Conference Room, Meeting Rooms and Café (all with natural daylight) and is available for you to hire for your events.

Location
The Pursuit NHA Conference Suite is conveniently located just off the A4 between Maidenhead and Reading, just a short distance from both M4 and M40 motorways.

Facilities
Included in the Conference Suite is:
- Conference Room (600 sq ft) - for up to 16 people
- Large 'Break Out' Area
- Large and Small Meeting Rooms (2 - 4 People)
- Hot Desk Facilities with Internet Access
- Conference Café with unlimited FREE hot and cold refreshments
- Ample Free Parking

Rates for Bookings
Day Delegate Rates include hire of Conference Room, 'Break Out' Area and Café. Equipment supplied includes; Data Projector, TV/Video/DVD, Flip Charts and Delegate Stationary.

£31.50 pp (plus VAT) including cold buffet lunch
£39.50 pp (plus VAT) including 2 course lunch at Blubeckers Restaurant

Minimum number to qualify for Day Delegate Rate is 6

Room Hire Rates
All rates include use of Conference Café with unlimited hot and cold refreshments
Total Suite £425 plus VAT
Conference Room £185 plus VAT
Large Meeting Room £60 plus VAT
Small Meeting Room £35 plus VAT
