Team Expansion for Moroccan Property Specialist
A Berkshire-based firm that specialises in Moroccan property has been enjoying so much success that it has recently tripled the size of its workforce at Highclere, near Newbury.
Saffron Villas is the UK's leading Moroccan property specialist and the demand for second homes along the north African country's Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts has apparently never been higher.
The firm's Highclere headquarters has details on a wide range of villas, apartments and townhouses and a new office has recently been opened in Tangier to assist would-be purchasers who have travelled to the country to inspect properties.
As a result, a number of new staff have been taken on, both in the UK and in Morocco.
"These new staff have strengthened our operations considerably," Gerry Jones, joint managing director, told easier.com.
"We are now better placed to provide a bespoke service to investors and second home buyers seeking properties in an exciting and very different location, at prices substantially lower than those in many other popular destinations."
Mr Jones added that Morocco offers a range of "unrivalled" places and activities, from the peaceful Mediterranean beaches to the ski resorts in the Atlas Mountains, and is less than three hours from Britain by aeroplane.
