New office property 'in good location'
The refurbishment of Concorde Park in Maidenhead has begun, something which should see improved office facilities.
A new high-quality office space will be created, with about 69,430 sq ft of accommodation, reports Property Mall.
Two buildings at the site are designed to be split into four self-contained areas, the publication stated.
Such a refurbishment process is to be instigated by LaSalle Investment Management and the Kenmore Property Group and these were advised by CBRE and Strutt & Parker.
Partner of Strutt & Parker national markets Jeremy Rosdale said that the overall location of the development is outstanding and there are great links near by.
"Where Concorde Park will set itself apart from the immediate competition is that it can offer accommodation from 14,320 sq ft in self contained units or offer a single occupier up to 69,430 sq ft if they require their own self contained campus, he told Property Mall.
In addition, it is close to leisure amenities in the town, he said.
Last month, the IT firm Foundry Networks said that it was to move into a new property in Bracknell.
