UK commercial property market 'has solid foundations'
The commercial property market in the UK remains strong, according to a report published in the Financial Times.

Head of global property at New Star Stuart Webster stated that the fundamental aspects of the market are still strong.
"If you secure good tenants in a limited supply market then there is income plus capital growth still," he told the Financial Times.
He added that there is still a need for quality on the marketplace.
