Puppet Making
For this workshop I supply the resources and practical know-how so that you can create a range of puppet types. All ages enjoy my specially designed sock puppet which provides a great platform for practising puppet movement skills. I can also show you how to transform cuddly toys, household objects and pieces of foam into animated people and creatures. With just a little piece of magic you'll be amazed at how lifelike your creations become. Once you've finished your puppet, take it over to my mini theatre and put on a puppet show.

Puppet making is a useful skill to have as a young person or as an adult too. I can run workshops with teachers, teenagers, festival goers, family groups and at ‘out of school’ activities. Making these hand-made puppets look realistic takes some simple movement techniques that you will quickly learn within my workshops.

Pricing can be discussed on an individual basis, but an indication of what I charge can be gauged from the following:

£80 per session
£175 per day

If the number of children exceeds 15 for puppet making, then a further charge of £1 per extra child will be applicable.
