Rod Stewart reached No.1 with ‘Do you think I’m Sexy.’
This was one of Stewart’s earliest forays into the Disco genre, changing his image from the earlier hard-rocking party animal that he had fashioned for himself as a member of The Faces. He went on to use the title of the song for the name of his 78 tour, during which he dressed in spandex and gyrated on stage to thousands of adoring females.
