Agenda: Everyone is always saying that Christmas gets earlier every year and this year it's in July! During Christmas 2006 there was a bigger online spend than ever before as consumers purchased present after present online but what we'd like to do during this event is to reflect on the successes and any failures of last year, whilst looking forward to, and planning for, the coming holiday season.
