New ‘Ozone’ Julbo Sunglasses for Kids
MiniMoonsailors now stock the brand new Ozone sunglasses from Julbo, a style new to the UK for 2007. We have also added Julbo Play and Neve styles to our range of Julbo sunglasses, which means we now supply sunglasses for children aged right from 0 through to 15 years old.
The new Julbo Ozone sunglasses are aimed at children from 6-10 years. They feature Spectron X4 polarised lenses (rated at Category 3) and the usual flexible frames we’ve come to expect from Julbo. We expect these glasses to be a big hit this year.
French sports eyewear specialist Julbo received a Silmo d'Or nomination for the Ozone design.
MiniMoonsailors chose Julbo as our sole supplier for children’s sunglasses for several reasons: firstly, most quality sunglasses for children are usually rated as ‘Category 2’ which offer high levels of protection against sunlight - but not necessarily where there is reflection from sand, water or snow.
Julbo sunglasses have a Category 3 or 4 rating – that means they are 100% resistant to UVA, UVB, and UVC rays. They also feature anti-glare protective coating , preventing harmful rays from bouncing off the back of the lens into your child’s eyes. So as well as being perfect for the beach or poolside, they also give maximum UV protection at high altitudes or when skiing. Best of all, kids absolutely love the ultra-cool designs.

Julbo Looping (0-1 yr)
Kids sunglasses with a unique reversible frame. No hinges, the sides are completely flexible for a perfect fit. Alti-Spectron X6 polycarbonate scratch resistant lenses provide 100% UVA, UVB and UVC protection and they come in six great summer colours with a soft cloth storage bag to keep them safe.
Julbo Looping 2 (1-3 yrs)
Similar to the best-selling Looping 1, only bigger and in a terrific range of new colours – perfect sunglasses for the beach, garden or skiing at high altitudes.
Julbo Pop (1-2 yrs)
Children’s sunglasses with another unique design feature - the Category 4 lenses taper upwards giving full protection throughout their whole field of vision. The frame is virtually unbreakable with an 'elastic' memory which means it will return to shape even if bent. Hardcase included.
Julbo Keedz (3-8 yrs)
Maximum eye protection with real Surfer Style! These Keedz sunglasses have adjustable sides with elastomer ends for superior comfort. Tough polycarbonate lenses. Rigid carry case.
Julbo Peekaboo (5-10 yrs)
These Peekaboo sunglasses for kids not only look great, they're extremely tough. With an elastic memory, they will return to their proper form even if bent out of shape. Great colours with a hard case to keep them safe.
Julbo Noa (6-10 yrs)
Noa sunglasses come in a range of 4 colours which will satisfy even the fussiest 6-10 year old! The 'Noa' comes with a polycarbonate scratch resistant spectron 4 lens which provides 100% UVA, UVB and UVC protection – plus a hard case to keep them safe.
