Comfort Zones
I recently attended an excellent networking evening with local businesswomen. The topic of the evening ‘Top strategies for successful business women’ and several strategies were delivered and discussed during the course of the evening. One of the strategies looked at ‘self belief’ and the impact this has on our respective businesses. The subject matter opened up interesting discussions about the resources we have within ourselves to do a better job, a different job, how we move the business forward, how we could do things differently. How many of us truly believe in yourselves? Are we prepared to put our capabilities to the test? Enjoy stepping out of our comfort zone? When was the last time you stepped out of your comfort zone? What was that like? Are we still doing the same things in our business we did when we first started out? If you do what you always do – you get what you always get!
