Mums Mean Business
Entrepreneurial mums are being invited to a free lunchtime seminar at the Thames Valley Franchise Show, to be held at the RBCC Madejski Stadium.

The event features franchises and business opportunities which are particularly suitable for those busy mums who have ever fancied running their own business – but also need part time or flexible working hours.

Mary Flavelle will introduce event organiser Louise Remfry who explains that the thirst for self employment is as high as ever.

“We have run the mums’ seminars UK wide and the thirst for flexible working seems to grow each time. We have some great business ideas on show; franchises for kids parties, jewellery, marketing, kids photography – and best of all is that each franchise offers a proven formula showing how other busy mums have succeeded juggling work/life in other towns and cities”

There will be advice on hand from business link, talks from mums who have already started a franchise plus local entrepreneur Mary Flavelle hosts a dragons’ den style forum from franchise owners hoping to impress the audience with their ideas.

The seminar takes place at 1.00pm on Friday 5th September. Kids are welcome. Further details and free registration for the event can be seen online on www.thamesvalleyfranchiseshow.co.uk
