M3 Job Club, Q4 Programme


We provide a quarterly programme that acts as stepping stones to enable members to decide which session fits their job search agenda best.

Of course the programme, run by our professional coaches and other business volunteers, is only one part of what we offer. The environment is one of coaching-led and business focussed, entwined with networking and sharing experiences that enables members to develop community relationships to support each other.

We do not train or do boring [slide] presentations but provide practical value to inform, engage and support members to help them make better decisions about themselves and what they want to do next.

What is important to us is that each member takes away something that they can implement into their job search plan that ensures that by doing something different, they will achieve a different outcome. Lets face it, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result doesn't work!

In addition, at different times, various business guests, politicians, PRIME, Jobcentre Plus, local council, LEP and voluntary bodies attend providing a platform for members to raise their questions directly to the attendees and thereby gain a better understanding to help overcome barriers.
