Welcome to the M3 Job Club, the place to network, share experiences and gain support on your journey back to work. The aim of the job club is to provide an environment for those in job transition or at risk of redundancy the opportunity to network and support each other whilst gaining knowledge and advice on your journey back to work. We are a voluntary and unfunded social enterprise working in collaboration with business from across the region to deliver professional employability services. We don't do red tape and are not linked to any other body, association or local Government body such as JCP - we are independent! So What’s the M3 Job Club all about? Maybe you are or know someone who is currently in job transition or at risk of redundancy? If you do, tell them about out site as they're welcome to join us for FREE. It is open for those job seekers who have a common goal who want to re-engage back into employment Wherever you are on the career ladder, we are here to help get you in front of businesses that need YOU! We’ll help you build confidence and self worth to help ensure you get offered the best opportunities out there We’ll help you to create CV’s to give you the edge over other candidates. Learn the techniques with us and we’ll help increase your chances of earning the income you deserve! What Does M3 Job Club Offer? We offer a programme covering a range of topics to support people at different stages of their job search providing advice and information for its members. From CV writing and reviews, to interview techniques and preparation to 1-2-1’s and volunteering options including Starting your own business as well as many soft skills. A full programme is available on our website How Can You Help? • By volunteering your time to support people back to work by engaging with job club members to help with CV reviews, Interview prep, etc. • By sponsorship of this social enterprise in order to support the local economy by getting people back to work and help to create a sustainable service • By providing ‘work trials’ to actively support placements for job club members for those seeking to switch careers, gain experience, volunteer or just engaging in business, cost effectively, to help you and the job seeker whilst they seek their dream job!
