Uncertainty and fear are the bedfellows of indecision, and in times like this it is absolutely vital to crystallise your vision, set clear goals and to be determined to achieve them.
Try writing your top 3 goals down now. If you can’t write them down and prioritise them in 30 seconds they are probably not well defined. Having the will to win is not enough; you have to have the will to organise to win. Our workshop has a simple objective - to get you to set the goals that matter. Generally, people act on their fears or their goals: in the absence of goals fear will control what you do and the results almost never turn out well Only 1 in 10 people set specific goals but, they earn 3 times as much as those who set no goals. An average person with average talents and ambition and average education can outstrip the most brilliant genius in our society if that person has clear focused goals. In the next 6 months we will be running a series of workshops designed to enable business owners and managers to take the positive action that will underpin their success.
