Receptionist of the Year awards

The tension is mounting within Verbatim the local phone answering service. What’s the cause of the tension? The tough economic times?..No; Poor results?...No. In fact in these times it is nice to be able to report that business is going well for Verbatim. The tension is due to them reaching the final stages of the Receptionist of the Year awards.
8 months ago Verbatim launched a very successful Receptionist of the Month award, to recognise the efforts and contributions of their staff each month. All members of staff and clients who use the phone answering service can nominate a receptionist for many reasons, such as going the extra mile to help a caller, helping a colleague or, to say thank you, or reward each other for things throughout the month – you know the things that normally go unmentioned or even taken for granted but that make that person a great colleague to have around. The idea of this went down so well with Verbatim’s clients that 12 of them donated gifts for each month of the year, these ranged from cinema tickets, to pampering days, photo sessions to meals out for two.
Verbatim was overwhelmed when one of their clients, DreamcarHire who are based in Oxfordshire, offered an Audi R8 supercar for a weekend. A prize of this scale is awesome, and the team at Verbatim decided to have a Grande Finale of the 12 month scheme and have ‘A Receptionist of the Year’, this person would win the Supercar for a weekend.. To qualify for Receptionist of the Year, the person needs to have been awarded Receptionist of the Month at least once. So far, the winners have been, Annie King, Ann Davidson, Hayley Ryan, Carole Benham, Lizzie Stevens, Angela Reed, Martin Turner and now Tasha Bolton, (who won the receptionist of the month for May), and they are now eligible to win the this super prize
With only 4 months left, the receptionist at Verbatim the phone answering service, are incredibly focused with everyone wanting to be in with a shout of winning this amazing prize.
