Two-way Channel relay - July 2005
As part of a six-person team (nicknamed the Tough Titties - well, it was a female team!), Nicola swam the English Channel both ways non-stop. The weather was horrendous and the whole thing took the Titties 30 hours and 40 minutes. They got blown so far off course that they ended up off the map and landed somewhere without a name!
Yes, we look awful. I think you would have done, too.
