2007 - Bracknell and Districts Samaritans Samaritans are a national charity and provide confidential, non-judgemental support to those in distress or despair (over the phone, via email or face-to-face contact). They help people to explore their feelings (which can often be difficult to talk about with family or friends, such as feelings of suicide) and don't advise, but try to help callers find their own way forward and explore the options available to them.
