MERL will be running a series of FREE bookable and drop in workshops during the school summer holidays.

Marvellous Models
Tuesday 29 July and Wednesday 13 August, 2pm – 3pm, and 3.15pm – 4.15pm
Make super sweet models out of icing! Dress for mess!
Suitable for families with children aged 6+; Booking essential.

Summer Stories
Wednesday 30 July and Tuesday 19 August, 2pm – 3pm
Actor/storyteller Derek Florey will amaze and delight you with tales in the museum garden.
Suitable for families with children aged 6+; Drop-in throughout the session.

Fabulous Felt
Thursday 31 July, 10.30am – 4pm and Thursday 28 August, 2pm – 4pm
Make a giant felt wall hanging using hands and feet in this 'twister' inspired session with textile artist Ellen Brown.

Pocket Full of Posies

Make your own flower and dried herb posy in this drop-in activity.

Wonderful Woven Garden Sculptures
Wednesday 27 August, 10.30am – 4pm
Bring a packed lunch and work in the garden creating woven textile sculptures with textile artist, Ellen Brown.
