Help bring some sunshine into children's lives
This Sunday 4 June I’m going to be participating in a sponsored yoga event – the Surya Namaskarathon – to raise money for a charity called Mukti.
Mukti (Freedom in Hindi) gives, shelter, education and hope to children in India who have been orphaned or abandoned or who are HIV positive. All the money raised from the event will go directly to help the children.
I’ll be doing a sequence of yoga moves known as the Surya Namaskar, or Salute to the Sun, for an hour at the Hindu Temple in Reading.
If you’d like to sponsor me, please email me with your full address including postcode, the total amount you’d like to give and whether you’d like your donation to qualify for Gift Aid (which means you must pay tax equal to the amount reclaimed by Mukti against your donation).
