What’s going on with the weather?
It’s been sometime since my last observations, sorry, will try harder.
At 7am Friday morning the rain was coming down so hard I could only just make out the bottom of the garden! I’ve seen heavy rain in Florida but never here in Blighty.
Is this a result of our greed for stuff creating a global warming effect or is it simply the way of the world. The reality being that things change and we are simply going through one of those cyclical moments in world time?
Whichever it’s all a bit freaky... just so long as the sun is shining the week they take our roof off! (We’re having an extension).
We ended up with 3-4” across the lawn creating a swimming pool for Max... we were jolly lucky...
Maidenhead had way too much rain in a short period, flooding the town centre. The picture shows a bridge under the railway line in the town centre!
Let’s keep thinking happy thoughts and the sun will come out and stay out for the summer so we can have fun in the sun!
