HR Services and Coaching
 JMP Associates Ltd focusses on people at work. We believe that work should be an enjoyable and worthwhile experience and we know that people work much better when they are in the right role. We help companies achieve this through our HR consultancy and training service, and we guide individuals in their career path choices through our career coaching programme.
Our experience spans working in a variety of roles in both the large and small business sector, delivering results that help both companies and individuals to grow. Recent projects include change management at a transport organisation, communication improvements with an insurance business, employee engagement projects and recruitment projects at a large FMCG and management training for an SME. We also coach individuals at work to help them deal with difficult issues and expand their skill base. It can be lonely at the top and we support directors with decision making around staffing and organisation.
JMP Associates was founded in 2000 by Jenny Partridge and has a number of associate staff who offer expertise in career coaching, recruitment, training, coaching and competency development and all aspects of HR support for businesses.
JMP Associates works within its key areas of expertise which are:
